Hummingbirds are my favorite bird! We have three feeders in our yard and love to sit on the patio and just watch them in amazement. It's amazing how little they are yet they fly so fast, sometimes they whip by my head and I think it's a large bug!

July 27, 2010 - A Walk in the Park...
What a great day today! I was able to spend some quality time with my grandson, Maison and step-daughter Megan. We went to the park and had a nice time. This photo just touches my heart and I converted it into a pencil drawing with my program. Can't wait to go to the park again!

This morning after the rain out in my flower garden I have the most beautiful black-eyed susan's. I couldn't resist taking a few shots for my photo of the day today. As I was looking at all my flowers I came across a little butterfly on one of my other flowers and thought it was also a cool shot for today!

July 5, 2010 - Sunset
Every night at the marina there is such a beautiful sunset. My camera is in the shop, but a dear co-worker is letting me use his spare camera. So I decided to capture this shot, not one of my best ones, but it will do for now.
